As you walk into Hope Youth group, all your senses are engaged:

Your eyes are caught by the creative artwork on the walls. Yes, the pictures were painted by Hope Youth leaders and students.

You smell the sweet nectar of Mountain Dew – the drink of choice of many of the teenagers.

Complementary snacks are also available. You select your favorites and taste the deliciousness of free food. Is there anything better?

You ease into the comfortable couches and relax back.

In your newly selected position, you are free to take in the music, discussion, and laughter.

Hope Youth runs Wednesday nights from 6 pm – 8 pm geared to 6th through 12th graders. It generally begins and ends on time. You can expect to participate in games, hear upcoming events, sing worship music, pray, and study the bible…generally in that order.

MEET OUR YOUTH PASTORS!

Hope Youth is led by Bob and Karlie Pugh. Bob and Karlie have served in youth leadership since 2014. Originally, they got involved when they felt called by the Holy Spirit. They quickly discovered it was really fun. Bob and Karlie have led the Hope Youth group since 2019. They are blessed to be able to hang out with the students of Hope Youth and to help cultivate relationships with Jesus Christ.

In addition to volunteering as youth leaders, Bob works as a farmer and Karlie as a CPA. They have been married since 2011 and have the three undisputed best children in the world: Charlotte, MacKenna and Torrance.
